1 General Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wlnvlp platform, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

3 Account Registration

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A user may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are confirmed to exist, all related accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses will be cancelled.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• The minimum deposit amount must be met before a bonus can be applied.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers must be used within a specified period.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through continued activity and gaming. VIP benefits may change subject to conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on wlnvlp are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which operates in a fair and transparent manner.

6.2 Betting and Game Rules

• Each game has its own betting limits and rules.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be withdrawn.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, wlnvlp reserves the right to cancel or replay the relevant round.
• wlnvlp is not responsible for any disconnection that occurs during a game.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international cricket events including ICC tournaments. Each event's own odds and terms apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wlnvlp:

• Providing fraudulent information or concealing identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by wlnvlp

wlnvlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Inability to verify the accuracy of information provided.
• Direction from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by User

If you wish to close your own account, notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The applicable terms and conditions for withdrawing the available balance must be met before the account is closed.
